How to make a complaint:

Surfwax Ltd T/A Help 2 Hire operate a complaint scheme in accordance with rules made by the Regulator.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of customer service to all our clients. If however you are not happy with the services you received from us, please let us know so that we can learn and improve our services to you.

Complaints Procedure:We have following procedure for formal complaints.

  1. We can receive your complaint in person,via telephone, by letter or email
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing in five working days.
  3. We will send our final response in no longer than eight weeks from its receipt.
  4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to Legal Ombudsman.
